What is our refund/exchange poilcy?
We believe that you should be able to dress how you want and for that reason we do allow exchanges or refunds on one time purchases. In terms of the exchange we only offer a one time exchange per purchase and the item must be in the condition you received it in order to qualify for exchange. For our subscription service, we only offer exchanges!
How do I know what I'm getting?
Just like on Christmas morning we all want to know what we are going to get. However it is not possible to maintain the mystery element whilst also telling you what you're getting. However, on certain lines of our products we have the option for you to tell us certain things you wish for us to avoid.
How do I get and use my vouchers?
The way you receive a voucher is simple you will either receive a e-voucher in an email or when you donate your old clothes at one of our FreeMarkets you will receive a physical voucher. To use the voucher select your chosen mystery box and at checkout when prompted enter your 8 digit code and enjoy your savings!
